Slow living amongst Tuscany's finest olive trees
We share our family home with the animals around us, in connection with nature.Next to the family dogs, there are farm animals to befriend. We’ve got ponies, horses, donkeys, sheep, goats & chickens.The grounds consist of the olive yard, a private forest, pastures for the animals and a large garden with a well kept lawn, fruit trees and birds singing their song while the bumblebees go about their way from flower to flower.

About our Products
We make two different types of oil, packaged in different formats. From a 250 ml gift pack to a handy 5 liter tap for everyday use (preferred by restaurants!), choose what suits your needs.
Special Blend
Smooth, balanced, and endlessly versatile — this is the oil we use for everything.A blend of Moraiolo, Leccino, and Frantoio olives from the hills around Villa Belvedere, it offers gentle fruitiness, soft spice, and a clean finish. Ideal for dressing fresh dishes, but just as beautiful for cooking: from sautéing vegetables to finishing pasta or roasting seasonal produce.Pressed with care, made to be used generously — in everyday meals and shared moments alike.
Moraiolo
Bold, bright, and unmistakably Tuscan — our EV Moraiolo olive oil is cold-pressed from early-harvested olives grown in the stony hillsides around Lucignano. Known for its intense green character, peppery finish, and high polyphenol content, this oil is both vibrant on the palate and rich in tradition. Ideal for finishing dishes, dipping fresh bread, or simply tasting by the spoonful — as it was meant to be.Crafted in small batches under our O’live label.
